Order confirmation was not received by email

Please first check your account to ensure that the order details show that the transaction was completed. Order confirmations can be delayed due to external technical issues outside of our control, so please give it a few hours if you don’t immediately receive confirmation. If you still don’t get your confirmation, kindly email us with the order # so we can help resolve the issue.

Can I return my order?

Please view our returns policy. If your item is eligible for return, please fill in the following Returns Note and include your original order invoice for processing. If you are in Hong Kong, you are also most welcome to come into the boutique for an exchange or return.
Kindly note that Avec Amour reserves the right not to exchange or return any item if it does not meet our stated criteria in our Returns Policy.

Where is my order?

There is an estimated delivery date on your order invoice. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please try the following.

If your order was sent with a trackable delivery service, please check the order status with your parcel service provider. If the order has been shipped you should follow-up with them on estimated delivery. If the order has not been shipped, then please contact us immediately via email so we can track the issue.

If you order was not sent with a trackable delivery service, please contact us via email so we can confirm when the order was shipped and is there are any issues with delivery that are under our control.
