Returns & Exchanges
We know how difficult it is to find the right size for lingerie so we’ve made it easy for you. We want to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience so Avec Amour accepts exchanges and returns within 28-days of your order.
To be eligible for returns, please follow these criteria:
- Items are purchased less than 28 days ago
- Have not been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any case
- Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
- Must have original receipt
- Must not be a sale item
Once we have received the in-tact returned item(s) we are happy to exchange the product for another item we have in stock or alternatively, you can choose to have store credit or full refund on your items. On Sale products are NOT eligible for full refund. Avec Amour Lingerie reserves the right of final decision.
How do I Return or Exchange?
Kindly fill out the Return Form enclosed with your initial order and mail it to:

Note that items without a Return Form will not be accepted. Once your items have been received, inspected and approved, we will refund you the purchase amount.
- Shipping and Handling charges, as well as Customs Duties on your original order, are not refundable
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during the transit back to us
- Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 10 business days for your exchange or return to be fully processed
- If you prefer Store Credit we can provide this in 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s
- Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
- Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
- Final decision will be solely at Avec Amour’s discretion
What if I received a faulty item?
Avec Amour is proud to carry designers that have proven track record for providing high-quality products; however, there always are rare circumstances whereby something may have been missed.
If you have received an item that has manufacturing defects, damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, we sincerely apologize. Kindly email us with an image of the faulty item and once we have confirmed and received the item, we will return 100% of value to you!
