Do you have Gift Wrapping?
Absolutely! We offer gift wrapping in our Signature Luxe Box and Priority Processing - both available at checkout.
You may also add a personal note which we will handwrite to your special someone within the Add Order Note section.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase an e-Gift Card directly from our website—just select your desired amount and add it to your cart like any other item. It will be delivered instantly via email, making it the perfect last-minute gift. Easy, thoughtful, and always sexy.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, we do! All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of lingerie on the outside—so your delivery stays private and discreet. Whether it’s a gift or a personal treat, your secret’s safe with us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer express courier shipping worldwide. Free shipping is available on eligible orders that meet the minimum spend.
Any applicable duties, taxes, and fees will be calculated at checkout - so you can rest assure that there will be no extra charges upon delivery.

Are there duties and taxes I need to pay?
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipping destination, and the total value of your purchase. These charges are shown at checkout and added to your order total.
In most cases, product prices are inclusive of all duties and taxes, or they will be calculated at checkout. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Please note: Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
When will my order arrive?
We use DHL Express for most our orders. Standard processing and shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to most countries.
Need it sooner? Select PRIORITY PROCESSING at checkout to skip the queue—your order will be packed first and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note: there may be occasional delays due to Customs, peak periods or local holidays which are out of our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number from our Hong Kong warehouse. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking link for real-time updates.
A few things to note:
- When shipping internationally or across borders, tracking may take a few days to update.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs delays, public holidays, or courier strikes.
If your order is more than 3 days overdue, please first check with the courier, or reach out to us — we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
What payment methods are available?
We offer over 130 secure payment options to make checkout as easy as possible. Major methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Diners Club are accepted in over 150 countries.
We also support popular local payment options, which will appear at checkout based on your location—as well as installment options like Klarna and Afterpay for added flexibility.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Once your order is placed and you need to make a change or cancel, please email us immediately—we’ll do our best to help.
If your order has already started processing or been packed, changes may no longer be possible, and you’ll need to follow our Returns Policy for store credit within 30 days.

When will I receive my pre-order item(s)?
We do our best to ensure the estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are accurate. However, delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available. Need your in-stock items sooner? Just email us to request a split shipment—additional shipping fees may apply.
What items are not eligible for return?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimate accessories (toys, hosiery, nipple covers)
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift Cards
Return Guidelines: To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from marks or stains.
- In original packaging, with all tags and hygiene liners attached
- Not be a sale or discounted item
- Must not be an intimate accessory or gift card

How do I choose the right size?
Most of our brands run true to size, and we include detailed sizing info, model measurements, and fit recommendations on each product page to make things easier. While some pieces use traditional bra sizing, many of our styles come in XS–XL for a more flexible fit.
If you’re between sizes, we usually suggest sizing down—after all, a little spill is sexier than a loose fit!

How do I wash my bras and other intimates?
To keep your lingerie looking and feeling its best, we recommend following these care tips:
- Hand wash in cold water using gentle detergent
- Hook bras before washing to avoid damaging other intimates
- Do not wring to remove water. Best to gently press out the excess water
- Hang to dry or lay item flat if needs to be re-shaped
- Steam to remove wrinkles - never iron directly silk or synthetics
