Refund policy

Please note that all sale items are final and not eligible for refunds or returns during any promotional period including our current Mid Year Sale.

At Avec Amour, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we do our best to help you find the perfect fit, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why you may return item(s) within 30 days of receipt for store credit on eligible items.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on the following:

• Intimate accessories (e.g. whips, leads, paddles, nipple covers, eye masks, hosiery, and other disposable items)
• All items purchased at a reduced or promotional price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, items marked as Sale, Clearance, with a discounted price, or bought during any special promotional or outlet event.
• Gift Cards

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

Items must meet all the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In original packaging, with all tags and hygiene liners attached
• Must not be a sale item or discounted product
• Must not be an intimate accessory (such as Nipple Covers, Eye mask, Hosiery, Disposable items and other bondage items)
• Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Orders paid using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card
• Shipping fees, duties, and taxes from the original order are non-refundable

 

US RETURNS:  Returns will be subject to a US$20 shipping fee which will be deducted from your store credit refund.

EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

• EU law gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind on your order.
• Non-intimate items (sleepwear, robes, jewellery) are refunded in full to your original payment method once we receive them back, in line with EU consumer law.
• Intimate and hygiene-sealed items (underwear, bodysuits, hosiery, bras) can't be returned once unsealed — this is standard across the EU for hygiene reasons, so please size carefully.
• Return shipping costs are not covered, except in cases of fault or error on our part. Applies to EU orders only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:  Are accepted at a returns shipping fee according to your country and reverse of any taxes & duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

How to Request a Return

1. Simply submit your request via our Returns Portal
2. Once the return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email
3. Pack the return items together with the completed return form and original packing slip
4. Using the provided label, you then have 7 days to drop off or schedule pickup with the carrier.

Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.  Please consult the international shipping & returns table for more information about country-specific return fees

 

Self Postage Returns

You may return your items with the shipper of your choice at your expense.  Kindly email us for further information at info@avecamourlingerie.com.   We highly recommend using a trackable and insured service, and don’t forget to send us the tracking number.

 

REFUNDS (non-EU)

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible item(s), excluding any non-refundable fees or services. 

Please note that shipping fees, priority processing, shipping protection, duties, and taxes from the original order are non-refundable. A return shipping fee, based on your location, will also be deducted from your store credit.

What if I received a faulty item?
We take quality seriously and only work with designers known for their craftsmanship. But in the rare case you receive a defective item:

• Contact us at info@avecamourlingerie.com
• Include a clear photo of the fault with the tags attached
• Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement of the same item at no cost to you

 

Avec Amour Lingerie reserves the right of final decision on all return and refund matters.
